Your implementation journey
Changing your core accounting system is a significant decision, but with iplicit, you're choosing more than just software. You're gaining a dedicated implementation team with years of experience in successful software transitions.
Project kick off
In this stage we'll discuss what implementation will involve, how long it will take, and what the finished product will look like. We'll review your needs, including data migration, reporting requirements, user permissions and training. Together, we'll agree what our team and yours need to do.
Design
Next, we create your sandbox environment, so you can can start to get hands-on with iplicit. We'll gather some basic data from you to make the sandbox realistic. This helps you make early decisions about how your live system should work, and provides a safe environment for your team to train and experiment.
Build
Our team will continue to configure your sandbox using your feedback, adjusting features such as reports, workflows and integrations. Your data will be migrated and tested to ensure everything works as required. Documentation, training and communication plans are worked out during this phase.
Train
Your team receives comprehensive training through hands-on experience, demos and videos. We'll make sure you're confident using iplicit and equipped to deliver training to your own staff in the future.
Test
We conduct user acceptance testing to make sure everything is running as it should. Any findings are picked up as our team revises the build.
Nothing goes live until you've given it the green light.
Deploy
Once you're happy, it's time to go live!

Your implementation team

Project manager

Solution designer
Your solution designer is responsible for ensuring your finished project aligns with your requirements. They own quality assurance throughout the build, working closely with your system administrator to translate your business needs into system configuration.
Functional consultant
Your functional consultant is responsible for system configuration and data migration. They're the main point of contact throughout the project for build, testing and go live. They'll work closely with your project manager to drive the delivery of your system build.
Technical consultant
Technical consultants focus on the technical side of your implementation, ensuring your analytics and reporting requirements are met.
Trainer
Dedicated to making sure your team is confident using iplicit. They deliver comprehensive training sessions and equip you to train future team members, setting you up for long-term success.
Data migration made simple
One of the most critical aspects of any implementation is migrating your data. We recommend a phased approach to make this as manageable as possible. Throughout the process, our team will work closely with yours, to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Static data
Static data comes first. We provide import templates for your chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, users, projects and stock items.
Opening balances
Opening balances follow. We provide templates for open debtors, creditors, bank balances, trial balance and other key data to ensure accuracy.
Data archive
iplicit can store all your historical data in our archive, giving you access to past information without cluttering your live system.
