Øystein has 40 years’ experience in the software and technology industry.
As CEO of Visma from 1997 to 2020 he grew revenues from €50m to over €2.5bn and profits to over €500m. Visma’s enterprise value increased from less than €50m to over €11billion. He created the largest SMB cloud software business in Europe and the $12.2bn buyout in mid-2020, led by Hg was the largest software buyout ever globally.
Øystein is now Executive Chairman of Visma.
He remains passionate about technology and its positive impact on society and enjoys skiing, cycling and football.
Zoe Zhao

With both an MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford, Zoe’s grounding in private equity, IT and Digital Transformation came from 7 years at Bain & Company.
Joining Hg Capital as Principal, in 2018, Zoe was a founding member of the Saturn fund and a deal quarterback and board member on Visma and insightsoftware.
An Hg Foundation Trustee, and founder of the San Francisco office, Zoe returned to the West Coast of America in 2022 where she has co-founded and now runs Azlin Software.
Nic Humphries

Nic is the Senior Partner and Executive Chairman of Hg and Head of the Saturn fund. He has ultimate responsibility for Hg’s strategy, management and governance. Starting his investing career in 1990 with 3i, he has focused exclusively on software / technology for the last 28 years.
He Joined Hg in 2001 as the founder of the firm's Software team and as CEO from 2007 - 2017 helped to build Hg into the leading software investor in Europe.
Outside of investing, he is passionate about helping the planet and those who have had less of life's luck. He is a core supporter of the Duke of Edinburgh International Awards, The Royal Foundation, Impetus, and The Nature Conservancy.

With a strong technology bias within his portfolio, Lyndon has been involved in developing businesses from start-up to 400+ employees. With a particular focus on Sales and Marketing, he is expert in developing growth strategies for delivering service-orientated propositions through highly focused teams.

A co-founder of Exchequer Software and instrumental in building the business for over two decades; starting out in 1986 and eventually leaving in 2007, 2 years after it was sold to Iris Software. In 2012 Rob met Ian Andrews and the journey with iplicit began. His success at iplicit is based upon a very familiar formula; bringing pioneering software to market supported by a team of passionate, customer-focused staff who are committed to delivering an award-winning service to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.

Paul has been a driving force behind the success of iplicit, playing a pivotal role in bringing the platform to market and contributing significantly to its growth.
His extensive industry background includes senior roles with Exchequer, IRIS and OneAdvanced and embraces product management, marketing and sales.
Paul leads the development of a dedicated product team focused on the evolving needs of customers and new sectors.
Nicky Cox

An experienced professional with a background in IT and accountancy, Nicky has been involved with ERP systems since 1998. He grew the consulting division of Agilisys and led Professional Services teams at ERP provider Unit4, and at the digital operations platform provider Sapphire.
With more than 25 years of experience in growing service, support, and operations, Nicky brings a wealth of experience in delivering complex ERP solutions in the UK and internationally.
Mike Eggington

With extensive experience building, transforming, and scaling award-winning engineering cultures, teams, and operating models in high-growth organisations, Mike is a people-centric, technical leader.
His ability to articulate a compelling vision that connects short and long-term business goals before translating them into key technical drivers, has delivered disruptive and market-leading software solutions across the financial services, retail and distribution industries.
Mike joined iplicit from AXA UK, where he led an Engineering community of over 450 engineers across the UK and Europe.

The founder of iplicit and the vision behind the proposition. Expert at motivating technical teams to deliver extraordinary results. Developing and implementing business-critical software applications, especially Finance and ERP solutions, for the last 27 years, Ian combines an in-depth technical knowledge and expertise with a strong understanding of business and operational needs across a wide range of private, public and third-sector organisations.

Damon is a proven leader in scaling B2B SaaS companies to billion-dollar valuations, bringing extensive expertise in sales, marketing, product, and operations.
With a background that includes executive roles at industry-leading companies like American Express, Worldpay, and Xero, he combines strategic insight with hands-on experience. Damon is an industry expert in building successful go-to-market strategies in SaaS including robust partner ecosystems, key elements he now brings to iplicit’s growth journey.
Scott Regnier
CSO
Scott has successfully built, managed, and been a key member of enterprise sales teams for a succession of B2B and SaaS businesses. These businesses have included enterprise companies like Salesforce to embedded technology platforms like Checkr,com and CheckHQ.com.
With iplicit’s CEO and Chairman, he previously led North American sales for a software startup from launch through massive growth and ultimately acquisition.
As an adjunct professor, Scott taught a Capstone course in Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Ed Gairdner
COO
Formerly an Army Officer until a Medical Discharge in 2008, he has subsequently operated as COO within SaaS and MarketPlace businesses navigating the path to manage and overcome scale-up challenges.
Ed has a particular focus on people, process, and governance operating with a ‘hands-on’ approach and leadership style. Working closely with CEOs and boards he has been key to balancing entrepreneurial vision with risk-based decisions to overcome obstacles and move organisations into increased growth.
