A business software specialist which prides itself on relentless customer focus has become the latest partner for iplicit’s award-winning accounting platform.
Escone Solutions is an applications support and implementation provider with extensive experience of an array of business systems.
During a phase of assessing potential partners, Escone Solutions was impressed by iplicit’s software, potential for continued growth and by the vendor’s shared values for delivering customer service.
The Aberdeen-headquartered company flagship offering is its Escone Assist Super User Helpdesk which acts as an extension of a client’s internal teams. Escone Solutions also specialises in system implementations process improvement and efficiencies and brings a strong peripheral point of view when delivering these services.
Escone Solutions already assist clients such as ScotRail Trains, DFS and The Scottish Football Association. Founded in 2015 by co-owners Mike Charles and Kevin Wyness, the organisation has in-depth knowledge of business applications including OpenAccounts and eBis.
